We are proud to welcome travellers and guests to our new terminal and aim to provide an outstanding experience that exceeds expectations.  We hope you enjoy your time with us. 

If you require assistance during any part of your journey, please contact your airline in advance to arrange support. They will be able to provide you with information for such things as mobility equipment, medical aids and assistance animals.

In the event of an emergency, always call 000.

Drop-off, Pick-up and Parking

Our drop-off and pick-up zones are located directly in front of the terminal with access points to allow for wheelchairs and mobility supports.

Accessible parking for people with mobility parking permits is available in the Airport Carpark.

Vehicles are only permitted in these areas while actively loading or unloading passengers.  Please note these areas are not waiting zones.

For security reasons, you must remain with your vehicle while collecting or dropping off passengers at the front of the Terminal at all times.  Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to an immediate fine and may be towed. If you wish to farewell your passengers and accompany them into the departures lounge, take advantage of our car parking facilities which includes the first 30 minutes free.

Toilets

All bathroom facilities at Port Macquarie Airport cater for passengers with limited mobility and support equipment such as wheelchairs.

 

Parents Room

A parents room is located in the departure lounge, equipped with a baby change station.

Special Needs and Wheelchair

If you have pre-booked your flight with wheelchair assistance or require assistance during your flight, please notify the airline staff when checking in.  Airline staff at check-in can provide passengers with wheelchairs,  arrange early boarding, or provide general assistance whilst on-board the aircraft.

Lost property or misplaced luggage

For items left on an aircraft, lost, misplaced, damaged or for luggage left on the baggage carousel, please contact your airline directly.

Lost property enquiries, for items lost in the terminal, may be directed to Council on (02) 6581 8111.

For items lost in taxis, buses or other transport please contact the transport provider.

Hearing Loop

To assist hearing impaired customers, a hearing loop has been installed inside the terminal that you can connect with using a hearing aid to clearly hear any PA system announcements.
